Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon application to secure your spot.
The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellation Refund

Exceptions
- • Force majeure: full refund (minus fees) or date change
- • Host cancellation: 100% refund including deposit
- • Medical emergencies: partial credit toward future retreat (with medical certificate)
- • Personal logistics (flight delays, visa denials): not eligible for refund
