What makes July 2026 different

Every Salamjeju retreat shares the same backbone — villa, halal meals, group activities. These are the moments only this week of the year can offer.

Moment 1

Pyoseon Beach low-tide dawn walk

Steps from the villa: dawn breaks at 05:30, the tide pulls back to expose a flat ribbon of sand and basalt pools. We walk it half-asleep, no driving, back at the villa for a slow breakfast as the sun climbs.

Moment 2

Sariyeoni Forest mid-morning escape

While the coast peaks at 32°C, Sariyeoni's cedar-and-cypress trail stays a few degrees cooler in the deep shade. A flat 4-km boardwalk, slow pace, finish with iced barley tea at the trailhead. ~35 min from the villa, the proper sanctuary day.

Moment 3

Late-night Olle walks

Olle Trail Course 1 and 21 are walkable safely after dark in summer. We pick a 3 km coastal section, head out at 21:30, finish at the villa with cold barley tea. Crickets and the tide, basically.

Check-in at Base Camp

Shuttle from Jeju Airport at 9AM / 1PM. Nasir personally welcomes you with drinks, room assignments, and Ajwa dates.

Ice Breaking & Orientation

Tour rules, self-introductions, and a welcome gift ceremony — Nasir presents each guest with a custom embroidered cap featuring their Korean name.

Sunset Chat at Pyoseon Beach

First outdoor gathering and mingling against the sunset backdrop with Nasir-hosted recreation games.

Welcome Dinner

Grilled and braised whole hairtail — halal-friendly Jeju seafood at its finest.

Rest & Networking

Free time at the villa. Optional nearby mart/Daiso shopping with staff.

Isha prayer at accommodation — all prayer times honored throughout the day
