Late March is when Jeju City's Jeonnong-ro cherry tunnel sits in proper bloom — a week ahead of mainland Korea. The avenue glows pale pink overhead; we time the early-morning drive to catch the tunnel before the festival crowds. Day 4 northern loop.
Late March hits Gasiri's Nogsan-ro at full canola peak — Korea's most photographed yellow road, ~15 min from the villa. We pull in early morning, light still soft, for the empty-road shot before tour buses arrive.
Late March pulls Saryeoni out of winter dormancy — the cedar-cypress boardwalk still bare overhead, but understory ferns and moss waking into vivid spring green. A ~20-min drive-by stop on the north loop, easy 4 km.
