Moment 1

Gapado barley fields in full bloom

We catch the ferry from Moseulpo to Gapado — a 4 km island where green barley waves shoulder-high in early May, only this one week of the year. UNESCO biosphere reserve, 270 residents, no cars.

Moment 2

Hallasan azalea trail, Witse-orum

Above 1,400 m the royal azaleas (철쭉) carpet the slopes pink. We take the easier Yeongsil approach — about 3.5 hours round trip, all of it on a wooden boardwalk.

Moment 3

Yongmeori coastal cliff walk at low tide

Yongmeori ("dragon head") is the volcanic cliff that juts into the sea on Jeju's southwest — a 1-km low-tide path along basalt walls older than the island itself. We time it for late afternoon, when the light slants gold off the rock.

Sunset Chat at Pyoseon Beach

First outdoor gathering and mingling against the sunset backdrop with Nasir-hosted recreation games.

Grilled and braised whole hairtail — halal-friendly Jeju seafood at its finest.

Free time at the villa. Optional nearby mart/Daiso shopping with staff.
