On the night of 12 Rabi al-Awwal (Aug 25, 2026, falling on Day 4) we host a private candle-lit majlis at the villa — Quran recitation, Naat in three languages, a long halal dinner, dhikr by the water as it cools off after midnight.
A flat 4 km cedar-and-cypress trail through the most aromatic forest on the island. We go before breakfast on Day 4 — silence, dhikr, and the trees doing the rest of the work.
Day 4 afternoon, before the night majlis: we prepare Levantine sweets together (date-stuffed ma'amoul, baklava bites, qatayef) and a calligrapher writes each guest's name in Arabic script — a kept piece, and the table for the evening.
