Every Salamjeju retreat shares the same backbone — villa, halal meals, group activities. These are the moments only this week of the year can offer.

Moment 1

Yongnuni Oreum at silver peak

Eulalia grass (억새) reaches full silver-white in mid-October. Yongnuni Oreum is ~15 min from the villa — a 30-minute climb to a wide rim, late-afternoon light through the silver, none of the famous-oreum crowds.

Moment 2

Olle Trail 4 — Pyoseon autumn coast walk

Olle 4 starts right in Pyoseon and winds 19 km along the south coast — pine forest, basalt headlands, autumn light at its most photogenic. We walk a 5-km segment from the villa, finish at a coastal café for tea.

Moment 3

Sariyeoni Forest first autumn color

Sariyeoni's cedar-and-cypress trail catches autumn color a touch later than the high slopes — by mid-October the deciduous patches glow amber against the dark-green needles. ~35 min from the villa, all boardwalk.

First outdoor gathering and mingling against the sunset backdrop with Nasir-hosted recreation games.
