Jeju Central Masjid is the only mosque on Jeju Island and the central place of worship for Muslim residents and travellers across the island. The masjid sits on the second floor of a building in Sancheondan-dong, central Jeju City, and serves the five daily prayers as well as Jumu'ah (Friday) congregational prayer. Friday prayer timing adjusts seasonally — Muslim travellers should arrive 15–20 minutes early, especially during Ramadan and high tourist season when the prayer hall fills quickly. The masjid is reachable in around 15 minutes by taxi from Jeju International Airport and is walking distance from several halal Jeju options — Wardah Restaurant, Bagdad, Assalam Restaurant, and Rajmahal Indian Restaurant — making the surrounding old-Jeju-City neighbourhood the most Muslim-friendly Jeju quarter for travellers seeking both prayer space and halal food in a single area.
